The customer has to inform of the defect, as well as send a picture of the product. The product can either be replaced ( according to the availability of the product) or returned.
In case of replacement, new product will only be dispatched only after a thorough check has been conducted and attested that the defect lies in the manufacturing of the company .
In case of return the amount will go to the site wallet after the pickup. The amount will remain in the wallet till your next buy. There is no time limit for the expiration of the amount in the site wallet.
Replace option will be given only after a pickup agent has conducted a check on the product to see the wrong product sent is undamaged. Your product will dispatched thereafter.
Since products are delicate, the item can only be returned once, and the delivery charges will be borne by the company.
However product be replaced more than once only under special circumstances, and the cost of delivery will be borne by the customers.
The new product will be dispatched only after our Team has checked that the product sent to you is undamaged.
The company has introduced a coupon policy which will give the customers 10% discount on the product to become non returnable. It is a permanent offer.
